Glass remains one of our core materials, while our wider capabilities include visual communication surfaces, PET acoustic felt, metal structures, wood-based materials, fabrics and integrated product components.
Each project is matched to the appropriate production partner based on the required material, dimensions, finish, quantities, technical requirements and application.
This allows different materials and manufacturing techniques to be combined within one professional B2B or project solution.
Glass & visual finishing
Glass is a core capability within the Mulcheva manufacturing network. Depending on the product and project requirements, solutions can include thermally toughened float or low-iron glass, laminated safety glass, back-painted and coloured glass, mirrors, magnetic glass surfaces and decorative or printed glass.
Visual finishing options can include digital and UV printing, printing within laminated constructions, matte and privacy effects, sandblasting, engraving, custom colours, patterns, branding and photographic imagery.
Technical processing such as polished edges, drilling, CNC cut-outs and custom shapes can be incorporated where required.
Materials across our manufacturing network
Beyond glass, projects can involve ceramic and lacquered steel writing surfaces, magnetic steel, aluminium and steel structures, PET acoustic felt, cork, fabrics, MDF, HDF, laminated chipboard, HPL, plywood, acrylic and selected plastics.
These materials can be used individually or combined within complete products. Depending on the application, this can include magnetic backing layers, frames, mobile bases, acoustic components, mounting hardware, soft materials, electrical components and project-specific packaging.
This gives Mulcheva access to material combinations suitable for boards, acoustic solutions, pods, architectural interiors, education projects and custom B2B products.
Processing & technical capabilities
Through our manufacturing network, different technical processes can be combined depending on the selected product and manufacturer.
Capabilities can include glass tempering and lamination, digital and UV printing, drilling, polished edges, CNC and waterjet processing, sandblasting, engraving and custom cut-outs. Other production routes can include metal cutting and fabrication, PET felt cutting and decorative processing, wood-based panel processing, component assembly, labelling and product-specific packaging.
Technical requirements are reviewed against drawings, measurements, DXF files or supplied specifications where applicable.
Availability depends on the selected product, manufacturer and project requirements.
Integrated product systems
Mulcheva does not treat materials as isolated components. For project-specific products, different materials and systems can be brought together into a complete solution.
Glass can be combined with magnetic steel, aluminium or steel structures, wood-based components, PET felt, cork, fabrics, mounting systems and other functional elements.
This makes it possible to develop products such as magnetic glassboards, mobile presentation systems, acoustic partitions, ceiling solutions, phone booths and meeting pods, combined interior products and private-label ranges.
