From request to glass solution

Mulcheva works on a project basis. This means that every request is assessed based on application, quantities, dimensions, material, finish, planning and delivery.

We guide business customers and partners step by step: from the first request and technical check to production, packaging, delivery and, where possible, installation or local support.

Request

The customer sends a request with the most important project information. This may include:

● type of glass product
● application
● quantities
● dimensions
● location
● deadline
● desired finish
● reference images or files

This is where the process begins.

Assessment

Mulcheva reviews whether the request is technically, practically and production-wise feasible.
We look at, among other things:

● glass selection
● print or finish
● measurements
● quantities
● installation or delivery
● packaging
● planning
● possible distribution partner per region

Advice & proposal

After the assessment, we think along with you about the best solution. This may involve material, technique, finish, design, packaging or delivery method.
The customer then receives a proposal, price indication or quotation.

Design & production files

When the project goes ahead, the files and technical data are prepared.

This may include:
● checking print files
● checking resolution and proportions
● processing logos, patterns or prints
● alignment with DXF files or technical drawings
● preparation for cut-outs, drill holes or special shapes

Sample or approval

For larger projects, collections or recurring production, a sample or prototype can be made first.
This allows colour, print, finish, glass selection and appearance to be reviewed in advance. After approval, production can be started.

Production

After approval, the glass is produced according to the agreed specifications.
Depending on the project, this may include:

● glass processing
● printing
● lamination
● thermal lamination
● sandblasting
● laser engraving
● edge finishing
● quality control
● packaging

Delivery, distribution or installation

After production, the product is prepared for delivery.

Depending on the country, region and type of request, delivery or project support may be handled directly by Mulcheva or through an official distribution partner.

Installation is currently available in selected regions and countries. Where possible, we work with local glaziers and specialised installation partners. Outside our current installation area, products can be supplied with clear specifications for installation by a local glass professional or your own installation team.
